30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

Be in the same condition that you received it;
Be unused and unworn;
Include all original tags, accessories, and packaging;
Be in its original factory-sealed packaging where applicable; and
Be accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return request is approved, we will provide you with return instructions, including the appropriate return address. Please do not send items back without first contacting us, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless the return is the result of our error (such as receiving the wrong item, a defective product, or an item damaged during shipping), customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, please contact us as soon as possible at info@idealhome.co so we can evaluate the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.

For liquid products such as body wash, hand soap, or household cleaning products that arrive leaking or damaged, please include clear photos of both the product and its packaging in your email to help us process your claim more quickly.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain products cannot be returned due to hygiene, health, or safety reasons.

Personal Care & Cleaning Products

Products such as body wash, hand soap, household cleaners, and other personal care or cleaning items are eligible for return only if they are unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging.

Household Products & Toys

Food storage bags, kitchen wraps, toys, and similar household products must be returned unused, unopened, and in their original factory packaging.

Additional Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

Hazardous materials;
Flammable liquids or gases;
Customized or special-order products;
Perishable goods;
Clearance or final sale items;
Gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a replacement product is to return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order after your return has been approved.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it for any reason and without justification, subject to applicable law.

Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging and proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
